The following section of the Residential Building Code is hereby revised as follows:
(A) G2403. ADD: General definitions.
(1) Design Flood Elevation: The design flood elevation shall be the flood protection elevation as established by Chapter 151 of the Mahomet Municipal Code (i.e. one foot above the base flood elevation).
(2) Flood Hazard Area: All lands subject to inundation by the base flood, as established by Chapter 151 of the Mahomet Municipal Code and Table R301.2(1) of this code.
