Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, in the event there is any conflict between or among the provisions of this chapter and any other ordinance or code of the village or any applicable provision of the laws of the state, the particular provision providing the most stringent standard or requirement shall be deemed and construed to control and apply. In the event of any conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and the Village Zoning Ordinance, the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance shall be deemed and construed to control and apply.
