§ 151.13 APPLICATION FEES.

An application for a floodplain development permit shall be accompanied by an application fee. The application fee for a floodplain development permit shall be as determined from time to time by resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees. This application fee shall be in addition to any other application fees required for other permits required for development upon the site.
