§ 151.11 REVOCATION OF A FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
   The Village Administrator and/or Building Inspector may revoke a floodplain development permit in a case where there has been any false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application or plans on which the permit was based. The Village Administrator and/or Building Inspector may revoke a floodplain development permit when work is performed contrary to the provisions of the application or plans on which the permit is based. When a permit is revoked, the Building Inspector shall inform the permittee in writing of the specific steps the permittee must take in order to have the permit reissued. It shall be unlawful to continue any work authorized by a floodplain development permit after revocation of that permit and until the permit is reissued or until a new permit is issued.
