Before starting any of the work regulated by this chapter, an applicant shall comply with the requirements set forth in other applicable village ordinances with respect to the submission and approval of preliminary and final subdivision plats, improvements plans, zoning permits, building permits, inspections, appeals, sanitary sewer connection permits, water supply connection permits, and similar matters, along with those set forth in this chapter and as may be required by federal or state laws and the regulations of any department of the state. Where provisions of this chapter are more restrictive than other requirements, the more restrictive provisions of this chapter shall apply. Where provisions of other ordinances or regulations are more restrictive than the requirements of this chapter, the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
