(A) No person shall solicit or otherwise entice any other person to visit or patronize any prostitute or place of prostitution.
(B) No person shall make public display of himself or herself on any street or other public place in any manner so as to attract attention to himself or herself for the purpose of soliciting customers for prostitution.
