§ 133.03 PROSTITUTION.

No person shall commit an act of prostitution. Any person who performs, offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money commits an act of prostitution:

(A) Any act of sexual intercourse; or

(B) Any act of sexual penetration, as defined in the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
