(A) No person shall damage, destroy or cause to be damaged or destroyed any wire, cable, conduit, apparatus or equipment belonging to a person authorized by the village to provide cable television service within the village without first having obtained the consent of the owner.
(B) No person shall tap, tamper with or connect any wire or device to a wire, cable, conduit or equipment of another authorized by the village to provide cable television service within the village with intent to obtain a signal or impulse therefrom without first having obtained the consent of the owner.
