(A) No person shall knowingly make, turn in or give a false alarm of fire or of need for police or ambulance assistance, or aid or abet in the commission of such an act.
(B) No person shall make or file with the Police Department any false, misleading or unfounded statement or report concerning the commission or alleged commission of any crime occurring within the village.
