§ 130.01 AIDING AND ABETTING.
   Any person who aids, abets, assists or encourages the commission of any act prohibited by this Title or by any ordinance, or by any indirect means procures any offense to be committed or who commits an offense through the intervention of an agent, servant, employee or person under his or her control shall be deemed guilty to the same extent and may be preceded against in the same manner as though the offense had been committed by him or her directly and with his or her own hand. Any agent, servant or other person, doing any prohibited act for and on behalf of another, shall be deemed guilty of the act equally with his or her employer or principal and be subject to the same penalty, except in those cases where a different or other penalty is provided by ordinance for the agent or employee.
