All definitions and provisions of the Video Gaming Act (ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq.) applicable to any individual, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company that is licensed under the Video Gaming Act and that owns, services, and maintains video gaming terminals for placement in licensed establishments, licensed truck stop establishments, licensed large truck stop establishments, licensed fraternal establishments, or licensed veterans establishments within the corporate limits of the village are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this chapter, with additions, deletions and changes, if any, as may otherwise be specifically provided for in this chapter.
