§ 111.085 NUMBER OF PASSENGERS; SEATING ARRANGEMENT.
   The number of passengers transported at any one time by a vehicle for hire shall not:
   (A)   Exceed the number of manufacturers installed seats and seatbelts available for each and every passenger in said vehicle; or
   (B)   Exceed the number allowed by state or federal laws for that vehicle type.
