(A) No licensee of a vehicle for hire shall permit any person except a passenger for hire to occupy or be seated in such vehicle when the vehicle is engaged in the business of transporting passengers.
(B) Operators may temporarily occupy a vehicle for hire for training purposes when a new trainee has obtained a vehicle for hire driver's license. The operator shall notify the Village Administrator of the training activities and shall provide a date certain for when said training activities will be concluded.
