§ 111.055 METHOD OF RATE CALCULATION.
   Every operator of a vehicle for hire shall establish a method for calculating rates and fares. The methods approved are:
   (A)   Taximeters;
   (B)   Per head or flat rate; or
   (C)   Individual written contract terms.
