(A) The village may initiate suspension and/or revocation proceedings for a license issued under this chapter if the licensee commits one or more moving violation pursuant to the Illinois Vehicle Code.
(B) The village may immediately revoke any license issued under this chapter when the licensee's driving privileges have been suspended or revoked pursuant to the Illinois Vehicle Code. The issuing authority shall send a notice of revocation advising of the revocation to the residence address of the licensee filed with the Village Administrator. The revocation shall be in effect from the date of the notice. The licensee shall be entitled to a post-deprivation hearing as soon as practical, but no later than seven days after issuance of the notice.
(C) Any person whose driver's license has been revoked shall immediately return every license to the Village Administrator.
