Upon completion of a local background check and successfully passing the State of Illinois background check, the Village Administrator, or his/her designee, is authorized to issue a village vehicle for hire driver's license to the applicant for driving a vehicle for hire. The license shall contain the name of the driver, the number of his/her license, and his/her photograph.
