Licenses issued by or on behalf of the City of Champaign and the City of Urbana shall constitute the issuance of a license within the Village of Mahomet for drivers of vehicles for hire and for the business of operating vehicles for hire. Licensees shall pay all applicable fees required by each city, regardless of which city may issue the license.
