The Local Commissioner may revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter if the Local Commissioner determines that:
(A) The licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or the Liquor Control Act or any applicable rule or regulations established by the Local Commissioner or the State Liquor Control Commission which are not inconsistent with law; or
(B) The licensee has violated any other federal, state or village laws, ordinances, codes, rules or regulations in connection with the operation of the licensee’s business or the maintenance of the licensed premises.
