Any temporary permit, if issued by the Local Commissioner under this subchapter, shall not in any manner be regarded to relieve the permittee of complying with any other requirement of law, ordinance, rule or regulation as may be applicable to any sale or transfer of alcoholic liquor by any licensee, except that any temporary permit may be issued without regard to residency and that any temporary permit may be issued for any day of the week including any Sunday.
