Any temporary permit issued under this subchapter shall automatically be suspended during any time or period in which an owner of the premises or area has revoked consent to the issuance of the temporary permit as required herein. The suspension shall be effective immediately upon receipt of written notice to the village or the Local Commissioner of the revocation or withdrawal of the consent by any like owner.
