§ 110.048 CONDITIONS OF ISSUANCE.
   (A)   A temporary permit, if issued by the Local Commissioner under this subchapter, may be conditioned upon the applicant enforcing certain conditions of the temporary permit including, but not limited to, those imposed for the protection of persons under the age of 21 years or those imposed to avoid creating a public nuisance.
   (B)   In addition to all other lawful grounds to revoke or suspend any liquor license, which shall likewise be applicable to any temporary permit issued under this subchapter, the failure of any holder of a temporary permit to enforce all the imposed conditions shall constitute grounds to revoke or suspend any temporary permit or to refuse to issue any other temporary permit.
