§ 110.047 CAUSES FOR DENIAL.
   The Local Commissioner may refuse to issue any temporary permit as provided for in this subchapter if it is found that:
   (A)   Any provision of state law, local ordinance or other duly adopted rule or regulation relating to the sale or transfer of alcoholic liquor, other than those provisions which would be in direct conflict with the provisions relating to the application and issuance of any temporary permit as provided for in this subchapter, would be violated;
   (B)   To grant the application would pose any threat to public safety or would likely create a public nuisance; or
   (C)   Any measures to ensure the protection of persons under the age of 21 years are not adequate to reasonably ensure the protection.
