(A) A license shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only on the premises described in the application and license. The location may be changed only if the Local Commissioner grants written permission to make the change.
(B) No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is in compliance with the applicable provisions and regulations of this chapter and the Liquor Control Act in connection with the issuance of any license at the new location.
