All provisions of the State Liquor Control Act of 1934 (ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 1-1 et seq.) applicable to the licensing, sale, delivery, transfer, possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the village are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this chapter, with additions, deletions and changes, if any, as may otherwise be specifically provided for in this chapter.
