(A) This chapter shall be and constitute the “Alcoholic Liquor Control Ordinance” of the village, which is adopted pursuant to state statutes authorizing the empowered municipalities to control and regulate the retail sale of alcoholic liquor within the municipality, and this chapter shall be in effect for that purpose on and after its effective date as provided herein.
(B) This chapter may be known and cited as the “Village Liquor Code”.
