A provider shall provide written notice to the village if it sells or transfers ownership of small wireless facilities within the jurisdiction of the village. Such notice shall include the name and contact information of the new provider. Notification shall be made not later than ten days after the sale or transfer of ownership. The notice shall be delivered to the village via United States mail, return receipt requested. Failure to notify the village of the transfer of ownership within ten days shall be cause for the village to suspend the collocation permits for all applicable small wireless facilities.
