§ 96.23 COST OF CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

The provider shall bear the cost of furnishing all necessary construction, labor, materials and related items necessary to comply with this chapter. Maintenance of the small wireless facility and the costs thereof shall be the responsibility of the provider. The provider shall at all times maintain that portion of the small wireless facility within the village right-of-way in a reasonable condition.
