§ 96.20 LIABILITY OF VIOLATORS.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss, or damage incurred by the village by reason of the violation. The violation of any of the terms and provisions of this chapter is hereby declared by the Village Board of Trustees to be a public nuisance.
