§ 95.05 INTERFERING WITH A VILLAGE OFFICER, EMPLOYEE OR AGENT.
   (A)   No person shall interfere with any officer, employee or agent of the village in the performance of his or her duties at any park.
   (B)   Any officer, employee or agent of the village may order the ejection of any person from any park for any violation of these rules as set forth in this chapter.
   (C)   Any officer, employee or agent of the village shall identify themselves as such, to any potential violator of this chapter.
