(A) All motor vehicles are prohibited in any park except for designated entrance/exit drives and designated improved parking areas.
(B) All motor vehicles are subject to laws of the state governing the operation of vehicles, including proper registration, valid driver’s license and insurance.
(C) Any motor driven vehicle not able to be registered or licensed to drive on a public highway is prohibited from being driven in any park. This prohibition shall include, but is not limited to, minibikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, dirt bikes or motor driven scooters.
