§ 95.03 PARKING.
   (A)   Public parking shall be prohibited within any park except for parking on designated improved parking areas during public hours while using park facilities.
   (B)   All motor vehicles utilizing park facilities shall have valid license plates properly displayed.
   (C)   All motor vehicles in violation of this chapter shall be subject to ticket and/or tow.
