§ 92.22 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

(A) No person owning an animal, or having custody of any animal, shall permit the animal to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by barking or making other loud or unusual noise.

(B) The offense specified in this section shall be an absolute liability offense.
