§ 90.04 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any alarm user to interconnect, or for any alarm user to allow the interconnection of, an automatic dialing device for an alarm system to the telephone number or radio frequency assigned to the Village Police Department or the telephone number or radio frequency assigned to any police dispatching service used by the Village Police Department. See § 35.01 for the minimum fine.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use and maintain an alarm system without first registering that alarm system with the Chief. See § 35.01 for the minimum fine.
   (C)   The following shall be prima facie proof of a violation of this chapter:
      (1)   The receipt of a call from or in relation to an alarm system at a facility or premises which is not registered by an alarm user as provided in this chapter;
      (2)   A response by the Village Police Department to an alarm at a facility or premises which is not registered by an alarm user as provided in this chapter;
      (3)   The receipt of a call from an automatic dialing device by the Village Police Department or its dispatching agency; and/or
      (4)   The interruption of the radio frequency assigned to the Police Department or the Police Department’s dispatching agency by an automatic detection device.
