§ 53.067 APPROVALS.

Plans, specifications and any other pertinent information relating to the proposed pretreatment facilities shall be submitted for the approval of the Village Engineer, and of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency; and no construction of the facilities shall be commenced until these approvals are obtained in writing.
