The village will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information within 45 days of submission by the user. After evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished, the Village Board of Trustees shall issue the appropriate discharge permit subject to terms and conditions provided herein. No interim or temporary permit will be issued by the Village Board of Trustees. Users submitting information required in this subchapter shall not be deemed to have a permit until the Village Board of Trustees issues such a permit under the provisions of this chapter.
