(A) Upon the promulgation of the National Categorical Pretreatment Standards (NCPS) for a particular industrial user, the standard, if more stringent than the limitations imposed under this chapter for sources in that category, shall, when effective, immediately supersede the limitations and conditions imposed under this chapter and the standard shall be compiled with by all industrial users subject to the National Categorical Pretreatment Standards. The Village Administrator shall notify all known effected users of the applicable reporting requirements under 40 C.F.R. § 403.12.
(B) The village reserves the right to establish by ordinance more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the wastewater treatment plant.
