§ 50.39 BRUSH AND TREE LIMB COLLECTION PROGRAM.
   (A)   Acceptable materials include brush, shrub, and tree limbs no longer than five feet in length and with a diameter no greater than six inches; and woody stems and dried perennial plant debris greater than one foot in length and no longer than three feet.
   (B)   Brush and tree limbs, similarly aligned, are to be placed in distinct piles within three feet of the curb or street edge, perpendicular to the curb or street edge, prior to scheduled and announced collection day.
   (C)   Materials for all zones are to be placed prior to 7:00 a.m. on the Monday of the scheduled and announced collection week but not more than seven days prior.
   (D)   Maximum amount of materials placed on a property for collection through the Village of Mahomet Landscape Waste Collections Program cannot exceed a pile larger than eight feet long by five feet deep by four feet tall (eight feet by five feet by four feet).
   (E)   Bound or tied bundles of brush and tree limbs will not be collected.
   (F)   Vehicles shall be relocated on the scheduled and announced collection day to provide access for brush and tree limb collection.
   (G)   The village reserves the right to deny collection of brush and tree limbs due to the mixing of leaf and brush/tree limb materials, the lack of access to or within the piles, excessive volume of materials or late placement of materials.
   (H)   The collection of landscape waste materials generated from the complete removal of trees will not be collected.
