(A) Acceptable materials include leaves from trees, shrubs, and other plants; dried non-woody stems and perennial plant material less than one foot in length; dried ornamental grasses cut less than one foot in length; and pine needles and pinecones.
(B) Waste must be free from limbs and other large debris and shall be placed into piles and deposited within three feet of the curb or street edge prior to scheduled and announced collection day.
(C) Materials shall be placed for collection prior to 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled and announced collection day, but not more than seven days prior.
(D) Bagged or containerized leaves shall not be placed for collection.
(E) Vehicles shall be relocated on the scheduled and announced collection day to provide access for leaf collection.
(F) The village reserves the right to deny collection due to the size of dried plant material, the mixing of leaf and brush/tree limb materials, the lack of access to the piles or late placement of materials.
