§ 50.36 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BRUSH. Cut or broken branches from woody shrubs and trees.

   DRIED PLANT MATERIAL. Dried leaves and stems from annual and/or perennial plants.

   GRASS. Slender leaved lawn grasses, not including ornamental grasses.

   LEAVES. Foliage from woody shrubs and trees.

   TREE LIMBS. Large branches of trees, not including trunks or stumps.
