§ 33.21 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter the terms BOARD, POLICE OFFICER, and BENEFICIARY are defined in Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code at ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, §§ 3-105, 3-106, and 3-108.3, respectively.
