§ 32.01 TITLE.

This subchapter shall be known and cited as the “Mahomet Utility Tax Ordinance”. The tax imposed by this subchapter shall be known as the “Municipal Utility Tax” and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the village, the state or any other municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
