§ 31.08 DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE.
   There is hereby created the position of Deputy Chief of Police. The Deputy Chief of Police will be responsible for those duties as assigned by the Chief of Police, as well as, supervision and management of the police department in the absence of the Chief of Police.
