(A) The provisions of M.S. § 343.31, as it may be amended from time to time, are adopted herein by reference.
(B) No person shall:
(1) Promote, engage in, or be employed in the activity of cockfighting, dog fighting, or violent pitting of one pet or companion animal as defined in M.S. § 346.36, Subd. 6, as it may be amended from time to time, against another of the same or a different kind;
(2) Receive money for the admission of a person to a place used, or about to be used, for that activity;
(3) Willfully permit a person to enter or use for that activity premises of which the permitter is the owner, agent, or occupant; or
(4) Use, train, or possess a dog or other animal for the purpose of participating in, engaging in, or promoting that activity.
(5) Purchase a ticket of admission or otherwise gain admission to the activity of cockfighting, dog fighting, or violent pitting of one pet or companion animal against another of the same or a different kind.
