§ 156.165 OFF-STREET LOADING REQUIREMENTS.
   All loading areas shall be to the rear of the structure whenever possible. Off-street loading requirements shall be as follows:
      (A)   Office/Restaurant.

Less than 5,000 square feet
None
5,000 to 50,000 square feet

Over 50,000 square feet
2 plus 1 for each additional 100,000 square feet of space
 
      (B)   All other uses.
