§ 153.02 ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

The comprehensive plan submitted to the city by the Hopkins County Joint Planning Commission is adopted by the city for all purposes save and except the portions thereof relating to land subdivision regulations and zoning ordinances. A copy of this plan is on file in the municipal offices.
