(A) City inspection fees. Residential:
(1) For change of service and eight (8) or less outlets, twenty dollars ($20.00) for one inspection (on completion).
(2) For wiring job, $.03 per square foot shall be charged for each residential electrical permit.
(3) There shall be a minimum fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per each electrical inspection.
(4) For rewiring job, including change of service and nine (9) or more outlets, thirty dollars ($30.00) for one inspection (on completion).
(5) Any additional trips requested or necessary, will be ten dollars ($10.00) each.
(B) Commercial. A fee based on the total estimated electrical contract, including the cost of all electrical equipment, shall be charged with the inspection of all commercial and public buildings. The fee shall be as follows:

More than $100,000.00 fees for electrical portion of the contract that exceeds 100,000 will be negotiated between the city and the contractor.
