§ 151.12 RIGHT OF ACCESS.

The inspector shall have the right, during reasonable hours, on the showing of proper credentials to enter any building and to discharge his official duties or for the purpose of making any inspection or test of the installation of any electric wiring, electric device, or any electric material contained therein.
