§ 150.10 DESIGNATED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER FOR BUILDING INSPECTIONS.
   The Mayor with the approval of the City Council shall designate one or more Building Inspectors. The Building Inspector(s) and all persons at his or her direction shall be certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
