§ 150.02 ADOPTION OF THE KENTUCKY BUILDING CODE AND THE KENTUCKY RESIDENTIAL CODE.
   The Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code, as same may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated herein by reference and are adopted for all building construction in the city, including one-and two family dwellings and townhouses and accessory structures.
