§ 121.08 ISSUANCE OF EMPLOYEE LICENSE.
   Upon receipt of an application for a sexually oriented business employee license properly filed with the Director and upon payment of the non-refundable application fee, the Director or his/her designee, shall immediately stamp the application as received and shall immediately thereafter initiate an investigation of the application by all appropriate city departments and agencies. The city shall approve or deny the issuance of the sexually oriented business employee license within five (5) business days after receipt of a completed sexually oriented business employee license application. The city shall approve the issuance of a sexually oriented business employee license to an applicant unless it determines that one or more of the following findings are true:
   (A)   The applicant is under the age of eighteen (18) years.
   (B)   The applicant has failed to provide information reasonably necessary for issuance of the license or has falsely answered a question or request for information on the application form.
   (C)   The applicant has been convicted of prostitution, solicitation, or felony sexual offense within the three (3) years prior to the date the application was filed.
